On 2nd February, Sysnet attended the Card & Payments Awards in London in which three clients, Elavon Merchant Services, Lloyds Bank Cardnet and Worldpay were all nominated in the category of ‘Best Security or Anti-Fraud Development’. A fantastic night was had by all even though no awards were won this time round. The Card & Payments Awards recognise customer service, excellence and innovation in the UK and Irish card and payments industry.
Elavon Merchant Services had been shortlisted for SecuredPro, a managed service developed in conjunction with Sysnet, which hand-holds small business owners through the PCI DSS compliance process, making it easier to achieve certification. Sysnet client Lloyds Bank Cardnet had also been shortlisted in the ‘Best Security or Anti-Fraud Development’ category for Compliance Plus and IP Protect Lite PCI DSS compliance solutions. Lastly, Worldpay had also been shortlisted in the same category for partnering with Sysnet to ease the route of SMEs to PCI DSS compliance to design SaferPayments – an easy, step-by-step service that has already been used by more than 270,000 customers.
All three companies use Sysnet’s Sysnet.air platform to manage PCI DSS compliance for their merchant portfolios. Both Elavon and Lloyds Bank Cardnet are using Sysnet’s Proactive Data Security (PDS) technology, to provide outsourced security and compliance management enabling them to generate valuable new revenue streams while providing convenient, timesaving compliance and security services for their customers.
“We are very proud to have three clients recognised by the Cards & Payments Awards selection Panel” said Sysnet CEO, Gabriel Moynagh. “Our clients have recognised that a managed service offering for cyber security and PCI DSS compliance represents an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships and boost merchant security”.
