We have an immediate vacancy for an Accounts Payable Assistant reporting directly to the AP/AR Manager. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity for career progression within a dynamic international growth focused company.
Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Assistant role is key to the busy Finance department. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Processing of supplier invoices across all entities
-
Processing of supplier payments on a weekly basis
-
Monthly creditors reconciliations and statement requests
-
Filing of all of the above and administration
-
Processing petty cash payments and receipts
-
Processing of payment of employee expenses
-
Managing and maintaining master data files for all suppliers
-
Monitoring of the Group Finance mailbox
-
Various office administration duties and adhoc duties as they arise
Requirements
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Experience in dealing with multiple entities
-
Excellent numeracy skills
-
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
-
Ability to work independently
-
Time flexibility to meet business demands however core hours 9-5.30
-
3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role
