This position pays €15.55 per hour + unlimited commission

A driven Outbound Sales Agent could begin making an additional €1,000 a month in commission shortly after training. It only goes up from there as you develop your selling style and get more comfortable in your role.

These are short cycle sales and leads are generated for you. Our customers already need our product and service! You will help them understand the benefits of Sysnet.

Key Responsibilities

The experienced Outbound Sales Agent will generate sales for our Managed Security and Compliance Services through Outbound calling campaigns.

  • The main objective for this role is to introduce Sysnet products and services to clients and increase sales. This position will target new and established clients in the market who may have shown interest in our services

  • You will be closing deals over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships

  • Utilizing Sysnet technology, you will assist and manage customer profiles to determine their Security and Compliance requirements

  • Achieve sales targets and set KPI’s

  • Intuitively and proactively enlighten customers on security and compliance best practices and identify opportunities to promote and upsell additional security and compliance products

  • Accurately document all sales activities


Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in direct sales, inside sales or lead generation

  • Experience using a CRM and working knowledge of Microsoft’s Office products

  • Energetic personality and ability to interact with all personality types

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence

  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

  • Driven, goal-oriented and a teamwork mentality

  • Proven path of self-motivation and self-discipline with top performing career objectives and standards

  • Capability to achieve higher levels of technical and compliance knowledge through continual learning and observation

  • Comfortable presenting products and services over the phone
