This role will work with our partners, Viking Cloud, who offer leading edge solutions to identify breaches before they happen. Our next-generation predictive platform delivers hyper-effective continuous cybersecurity by leveraging machine learning and is delivered via a cutting-edge cloud architecture. Our technology is centred around behavioural algorithms using machine learning, real-time predictive cybersecurity insight and alerting, and unique multi-tenant asset-oriented dataset to identify anomalies.


  • Work within established procedures to perform advanced Penetration Testing related activities

  • Responsible for working on projects that will support tactical and strategic business objectives

  • Demonstration of clear and concise communication

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments

  • Comprehension of network troubleshooting and vulnerability scanning


  • Able to clearly communicate and escalate the incidents identified to the Team Lead

  • Hands-on experience with Kali Linux, Metasploit, Command-line Interfaces, Burpsuite, and Python Coding

  • A fundamental understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting

  • Perform routine Penetration Assessments for customers

  • Must show strong aptitude with Network, Web Application, and Mobile Application Penetration Testing

  • Be able to identify and prove false positive findings using our methodologies and technology

  • Lead projects as directed

  • Be a champion for the process

  • Manage completion of the shift’s work

  • Document processes to ensure consistent and scalable response operations

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree; or, equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security

  • Must be willing to be on-call and work off-shift hours, to including some nights, weekends, and holidays

  • IT Security Certifications:
    Industry certifications such as the OSCP, OSCE, CREST, CISSP, CISM, and CISA are a nice-to-have, but not a requirement for this role.
