Role Purpose

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the initiatives of the HR function with responsibility for supporting the delivery of the day to day HR operations involving recruitment, payroll, reporting, HR Administration. While this role will be based in Dublin it will work across various global offices supporting employees in multiple geographies.


Outputs of the Role

  • Supporting the full employee onboarding and offboarding experiences for new joiners and leavers (Jira, Eppione HRIS, Timesheets, Noble). Coordinating induction events and exit interviews.

  • Provide high quality administrative support to the HR Business Partner

  • Ensuring probation periods and appraisal periods are accurately monitored and checked.

  • Assist the HR team on administration tasks – creating contracts, letters, filing etc

  • Ensuring queries to the HR mailbox are addressed and/or escalated in a timely manner, such as employee requests for references, letters etc

  • Assist the HR Business Partner with the preparation of weekly payroll, employee relations matters, and any day to day administrative support required

  • Collaborating & supporting with the HR team on various global system implementations and administrative processes

  • Data entry, maintenance and updating of current information, in addition to improving functionality of our HR System (Eppione HR)

  • Coordinating recruitment activities such as publishing internal/ external job advertisements, screening candidates, participating in interviews where required.

  • Data retention and deletion projects in line with GDPR

  • Completion of ad hoc projects in line with a busy global HR team


Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task.

  • Maintaining independence, possess the highest degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent attention to details and continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (be confident in both spoken and written communication)

  • Flexibility – be able to adapt to varying and changing demands of multiple, simultaneous projects

  • IT proficiency – Excellence experience in working with MS Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Initiative & Team Player – Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or currently working towards

  • Between 1-2 years experience working in a busy HR department
